Training Program “Luxury Hospitality & Hotel Service Excellence”

P.S Hospitality Co., Ltd. is proud to collaborate with the Ministry of Tourism in organizing two​ days training program on “Luxury Hospitality & Hotel Service Excellence” held at the head office of P.S Hospitality Co., Ltd.​ located at Richie Golf in Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province.

The program aims to strengthen professional competencies and elevate service standards across Cambodia’s tourism and hospitality sectors through three key learning modules:
1. Intercultural Competence in Tourism and Hospitality: Navigating cross-cultural workplaces, recognizing diversity and the empirical expectations of international guests and colleagues, conducting consumer behavior analysis, executing effective service-recovery solutions, and cultivating professional etiquette alongside critical problem-solving skills in the workplace.

2. The Art of Hospitality Excellence: Defining foundational hospitality paradigms and examining the 10 Core Pillars of Hospitality Excellence (Positive Attitude, Operational Organization, Service Quality, Professionalism, Innovation, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Integrity, Inclusivity, and Continuous Professional Development).

3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Service Techniques: Fundamental principles of luxury guest services, methodologies for delivering premier guest experiences, standardized banquet and table-setting protocols, and precise operational setups aligned with individual guest dining orders.

This training program serves as a pivotal initiative supporting the Ministry of Tourism's strategic framework to encourage private sector engagement in in-house capacity building, fostering human resource development and sustained professional excellence across the hospitality industry.
